Our Story
The Creative Play Center began with a simple belief: children deserve a safe, inspiring place to explore, create, and play without limits. As a parent and entrepreneur, I saw firsthand how much kids light up when given hands-on, screen-free experiences. I wanted to design a space where art, science, and imagination come together under one roof — a place that felt like a second home for families.
My daily motivation as a business owner stems from witnessing the blossoming confidence, creativity, and friendships of the children.
It’s the excitement of a child trying a new art project, the curiosity in a science experiment, and the joy of pretend play that keeps me inspired.
I also wanted to create a welcoming space for parents — a space where they can relax, have a coffee, and watch their children explore safely. For me, the Creative Play Center is more than a business. It’s a community hub built on safety, creativity, fun, and connection.

Hello, my name is Arelis, the proud founder of The Creative Play Center here in Brick Township, NJ. With a background in business and a passion for creating a safe, joyful space for children, I wanted to build a place where families can connect, learn, and have fun together.
I started The Creative Play Center because I believe play is one of the most powerful ways children learn. Our space is designed to encourage creativity, imagination, and hands-on exploration — all without screens — so kids can discover, experiment, and grow.
As a parent myself, I know how important it is to find a safe, welcoming place where kids can have fun while parents feel comfortable. That’s why every detail of The Creative Play Center has been designed with families in mind — from our supervised play zones to our cozy café.
